1 lb Wheaten Meal 4ozs Plain Flour 2 Tblsp Wheatgerm 1 Rounded Tsp Salt 1 Rounded Tsp Breadsoda 2ozs Stork 1 Egg 3/4 pint Buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients together Rub in Stork Mix in egg & buttermilk to soft dough Cut out scones Bake for 20 mins approx at 220C |
